One line
Titip helps someone leave clear, recipient-scoped guidance — and withholds it until presence checks, trusted people, and an explainable review say it may be released.
Who it is for first
People who want a spouse, an adult child, or a business partner to know what to do, without handing that person the keys to everything, and without putting passwords in an app.
The prototype audience is concrete: Pak Sonny, his friend, and Mike. The demo has to be convincing. It does not have to perform a real-world release.
How it is different
| Common approach | Titip |
|---|---|
| Notes app or shared folder | Explicit recipient scope, life check, and audit |
| Password manager | Guidance only. Secrets are refused |
| Dead man's switch (silence → send) | Same family of idea; silence alone never releases. Reminders, alternate channel, grace, trusted-contact evidence, then review |
| “If I don’t log in for 90 days, send everything” | State machine, grace, trusted-contact evidence, manual review |
| Lawyer or notary | Informational guidance. Titip does not hold that role |
| AI that “detects” death | AI assists preparation only, while the owner is active |
Surfaces
Public site (titip.id): how Titip works, security, what to record, what never to store, FAQ, pricing, privacy, legal.
Trusted-contact portal (verify.titip.id): a named person is told they were chosen, and may accept, reject, verify identity, manage a notification channel, and read what the responsibility is.
Recipient portal (receive.titip.id): after a real release, the recipient verifies identity, acknowledges terms, completes step-up authentication, and sees only the authorised vault. Access is audited. They do not enter the owner’s account.
Mobile app: the owner’s place to create contacts, inventories, life-check settings, messages, and instructions. It does not contain backend domain logic.
What we will not lead with
AI, WhatsApp as a product pillar, blockchain, death-registry lookups, or password storage. Those either wait until the trust model is stable, or they are permanently out of scope (secrets, and AI-as-decider).
